Water Reticulation Project for Lubang Island, Philippines

Under the Chairmanship of Rotarian Peter Addison, our Club's International Programs Committee, in association with RC Brighton Beach and Clubs in Japan and the Philippines, has initiated a project to supply reticulated water in a small Philippino island community....
