Summary Board Report – Meeting 15th April 2015

1. Project and Expenditure Approvals - totalling $10,046

• National Youth Conference  attendance (Welfare of Young) - $250
• Rotary Oceania Medical Aid for Children (ROMAC) - $1,000
• Rotarians Against Malaria (RAM) – bed nets - $2,000
• New RCM Arts Prize for disabled artists - $1,500
• Membership Workshop - $196
• Vanuatu disaster relief – 2x$800 emergency kits from donations - $1,600
• East Timor ultrasound machine essential equipment - $3,500        

2. Survey of Members to be undertaken to get feedback on luncheons, committees, projects, Groups, volunteering, communications

3. Membership

• 18  applications for membership being processed
• Aim to speed up process by advertising earlier to members and setting induction date at time of MRC interview

4. Website Redevelopment

• Professional writer working on content provided
• New website expected ready for testing mid-May
• Member Management System testing imminent
• Possibility of delay to Directory production schedule
