The Bulletin provides details of the recent changes to the model with the transition from an individual case management model to a team support model, comprising ancillary health providers and Home Ground support workers.

Recently the Channel Seven Weekend Sunrise program featured a series of reports on homelessness in Melbourne. You can view the video on one of these reports by clicking here.
In one of the reports, three formerly homeless people tell how programs conducted by the Club’s partners, The Big Issue and HomeGround Services have helped them turn their lives and around and break the cycle of homelessness.
Their stories confirm that Elizabeth Street Common Ground Supportive Housing and the Women’s Subscription Enterprise projects are delivering successful outcomes and ending homelessness for some of Melbourne’s less fortunate citizens.
It is nice to know that the Club's focus on ending homelessness is helping to deliver these and other success stories.
